If you are interested in collaborating with me, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Creative Control

I produce content based on what I’m genuinely interested in and what I believe will be valuable or relevant. All creative decisions — concept, scripting, editing, and presentation — are entirely at my discretion.

2. Free Products and Review Units

While most of the equipment and products featured on my channel are purchased by me, I occasionally receive review units and products free of charge from brands. When that happens, I will clearly disclose that the product was sent to me.

Please note: Receiving a product for free does NOT guarantee that it will be featured or reviewed.

3. No Guaranteed Coverage for Free Products

If you’re looking for guaranteed coverage, a formal paid sponsorship agreement is required.

4. Sponsored Content Disclosure

If a video is sponsored, I will clearly disclose the sponsorship. Do NOT ask me to hide or downplay the sponsorship.

5. Performance Expectations

I do not guarantee any specific number of views, clicks, or audience engagement. While I aim to create high-quality, engaging content, viewership is influenced by many factors beyond my control.

6. Payment Terms

Full payment is required BEFORE the sponsored video goes live.

• Work may begin upon receipt of at least 30% of the payment.

• Late payments may delay the publishing schedule.
